No Dogs Allowed on Majors Creek Recreation Reserve

We’d like to remind everyone that dogs are not permitted on the Majors Creek Recreation Reserve. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, protect local wildlife and maintain the environmental integrity of the area.

The Reserve is managed under the NSW Crown Land Management Act 2016, which outlines responsibilities for maintaining public reserves. Under this legislation, land managers have the authority to enforce rules that protect public land and ensure it serves its intended purpose. This includes issuing fines.

Bringing dogs onto the Reserve could create conflicts with other recreational activities. By respecting this rule, you’re helping us preserve the Reserve as a safe, clean, and welcoming space for everyone.
